Are you tired of struggling with your Excel work books?  Microsoft Excel is a superior tool to handle what it was designed to handle - complex financial and mathematical information.

It was not, however, designed to handle large amounts of data or complex programming tasks.  We often recommend converting Excel workbooks to Microsoft Access.  We have had great success doing this.

We also have success in automatically posting Excel work books automatically.  We can automatically open your Excel work books, then get data from your company system (e.g.. sales by salesperson by month for a given number of months) and put those results into the cells you would have had to populate.

This approach saves considerable time and also eliminates typo errors.

Once the work book is complete, it can be automatically saved to any name of your choice (e.g. MonthlySalesForYear2002BySalesPerson.xlx) and/or it can be automatically printed and/or it can be automatically emailed to one or more persons others.
